Clear this room and continue through the right Blue Door. Drop down a long fall. Take the Blue Door on the bottom left. Head all the way and down and through the Blue Door in the floor. Grapple or Screw Attack across to the Green Door at the top left. This part is tricky. Continue up shooting through ceilings until you reach a Pink Door to the left.
Go back around the fire breathing enemies and exit the top right Blue Door. Open the Pink Door, refill missiles with enemies from the pipe to the left. Continue up to the top of the hole and to the right. Characters:Samus Aran. Screw Attack through this room and proceed through another Blue Door. Roll through the left side of the room.
